Why Does Culture Eat Strategy For Breakfast?

Business leaders are often tempted to focus on strategy over culture, but should they? While strategy outlines the goals, and steps for achieving them, culture influences how strategy is executed and whether it succeeds in the long term. A strong culture can align employees' attitudes, behaviors, and decision-making with strategic objectives to foster collaboration, innovation, and resilience. Conversely, a toxic culture can undermine even the most well-crafted strategy. Join Professor Akroyd to learn more about how culture is a critical determinant of organisational success or failure, and why it eats strategy for breakfast.
