Redefining ageing: a fresh approach to growing old

From anti-ageing skincare to self-deprecating humour (‘feel old yet?’), our culture is filled with negative connotations about ageing. Not only does age discrimination result in poorer health, but research tells us that ageist attitudes are associated with higher rates of chronic disease.

Professor of psychology Lee-Fay Low challenges us to question our ingrained ageist attitudes. Find out what positive and healthy ageing looks like and what you can do to confront cultural attitudes and your own self-understanding.
