To protect human rights, tell human stories

In the history of struggles against tyranny and injustice, it's the extraordinary stories of ordinary people that make the biggest impact. Unsung heroes and heroines who find their voice. But today, those stories are often hidden behind the intricacies of political and legal battles.

Join dedicated human rights expert Professor David Kinley to explore how personal stories challenge prejudice and shape politics. In his talk, David brings the art of human rights narrative to life, showing how stories influence our attitudes to rights, freedom and responsibilities.
