Belonging is the key to equitable innovation

Finding freedom to innovate in a diverse and equitable ecosystem.

Social diversity in business is the new normal. However, despite driving innovation in other ways, the tech startup ecosystem has some work to do in this area.

Nurturing a sense of belonging for all leads to new ideas. An inclusive and supportive environment not only benefits underrepresented groups, it creates new opportunities and enhances the health of the whole startup ecosystem.

Preethi discusses how a welcoming atmosphere can foster collaboration, empathy, creativity, and a sense of community among entrepreneurs and investors. Find out what it takes to create the right environment for stronger, more sustainable, and future-ready businesses.
