Surfing waves are a valuable natural resource providing financial and personal benefits to millions of people across the world. Ana Manero argues that the value of surfing waves should be better understood and protected - a call to which governments and researchers are just waking up to.
Bio
Ana is an Adjunct Research Fellow at The University of Western Australia, in the Centre for Environmental Economics and Policy (CEEP). She is also a post-doc research fellow at the ANU Crawford School of Public Policy, working on water economics and governance.
