Bio

Cheryl and Kathryn are Associate Professors and co-Directors of the Digital Education Futures Lab. Cheryl is the Head of the School of Educational Studies and Leadership, and along with Kathryn, a member of the Waitaha Regional Digital Equity group. Kathryn is the President of the International Association for Mobile Learning (IAmLearn) and a board member of EdTechNZ. Together their research covers digital and media literacies, digital wellbeing, augmented and virtual realities to support learners, digital inequality, and mobile learning.
