Challenging our misconceptions about youth mental health
We talk a lot about young people's mental health, but do we really understand what’s going on? And how do we separate fact from fiction? Join us for an eye-opening discussion as we break down some harmful myths surrounding youth mental health. Is social media really the root of all issues? Is it all in the brain? Do adults know best what young people need? Let's also challenge the idea that young people have it easy and just need to 'harden up'. It's time for us to set the record straight and work towards a better understanding of youth mental health together. Join us to learn more and take action towards positive change.
