Professor Stephen Simpson AC is Academic Director of the Charles Perkins Centre, Professor in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Sydney, and Executive Director of Obesity Australia. He is Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science and of the Royal Society of London, and with 30 years’ experience in research, Professor Simpson has a diversity of experiences and fascinating stories to share. His interests range from why locusts swarm to the dietary causes of human obesity and ageing.
