STEMM-inism and beyond
There is massive jobs growth predicted in STEMM related industries - science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine, but like so many other sectors the representation of women declines significantly at more senior levels. Renae Ryan will explore the structural barriers to women succeeding in these industries, and why it is so important for industry – and society – that we embrace ‘Stemm–inism’ and make it a truly level playing field.
