A future where women are free from men's violence and abuse

Men’s violence against women is a rolling national epidemic that has been exacerbated by the lockdowns and financial insecurity of the pandemic. The foundational cause is gender inequality leading to disrespect of women and men having disproportionate decision-making power in relationships, workplaces and society.

Every man has a role to play in creating a future where women are free from all forms of men's violence and abuse. It's time for us to listen, learn, reflect and change. It's time for men to stand in solidarity with women who have fought for decades for equality, safety and justice. It's time for us to dismantle the patriarchal structures and systems that harm us all.
