Having lived and worked in France, Italy and the USA, Paul is now a resident of Adelaide, consulting to what he believes are the most interesting wine brands and regions in the world.
After an unorthodox apprenticeship in France, Paul has travelled Europe, North America and Asia working with wine, and looking for the perfect place to call home. He has found it.

Paul Henry is one of world’s leading wine marketers. He now runs his own wine marketing consultancy, WINEHERO LTD, and is a driving force behind Adelaide / South Australia's membership of the prestigious Great Wine Capitals Global Network.
Paul moved to South Australia from his native England in 2006 to lead marketing development for what is now Wine Australia, having previously worked as its regional director for the UK and Ireland for four years. He had visited Adelaide in the 1990s and believed the local food and wine was equal to the best the US, France and Italy had to offer.
Paul is a South Australian Food and Wine Ambassador, a previous creative director of Tasting Australia, and now a sought-after, international key-note speaker and broadcaster.
