There's no time to waste!
As consumers we have a responsibility for our environment and the affect we have on the spaces around us. Events and festivals have an important role to play in outdoor spaces and venues with large outputs of waste being a by-product across Australia. The diversion of waste from landfill is crucial at events, however there are significant cultural changes necessary to ensure we see a future for sustainable events. With a focus on events across Australia, this discussion will explore the Australia waste forum, the complexities of the waste industry and challenges we face as consumers.
